Joseph has a diverse background encompassing a variety of skills and talents.  Possessing both creative and analytical perspectives, he is uniquely qualified to deliver results and experiences that exceed expectations.  A graduate of Cornell University, he began a career in project management and design in 2002 when he formed a partnership with a New York-based designer working in Hawaii.  Joseph has designed, developed, and project managed several multi million-dollar residential properties, as well as homes and apartments spanning a wide gamut of price ranges and total project costs.  In addition to his professional life, Joseph has attained a great level of success with the fine and performing arts, you will find more information about these on the corresponding "other" page.  Joseph has been involved in many charitable causes, having been involved in and chaired several fundraising galas.  He is a former director of Manoa Valley Theater and The GIFT Foundation.
